Bhopal: State-level Public Welfare Scheme Training Convention will be organized at Jamboori Maidan of Bhopal on December 4. The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will address the Convention. Minister for Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Narottam Mishra while informing about the Convention said that beneficiaries from all the districts of all the governments public welfare schemes and programmes especially beneficiaries of poor welfare schemes will participate in the convention. Training will be imparted to the beneficiaries to derive benefits of the public welfare schemes in the convention.

Mishra further mentioned that information about the beneficiary oriented, family oriented and community oriented welfare schemes of all the departments will be provided through short films focusing information on successful beneficiaries in the convention. These films will have information about eligibility, contact procedure to derive benefit and information about benefits.

Especially beneficiaries of beneficiary oriented, family oriented and community oriented welfare schemes will take part in the convention related to Agriculture, Horticulture, MSME, Commerce and Industry, SC/ST Welfare, Backward Class and Minority Welfare, Women and Child Development, Health and Family welfare, Ayush, Panchayat and Rural Development, Social Justice and Disabled Welfare, Co-operatives, Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Food processing, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries Development and Fisherman Welfare, Forest, Energy and other Departments.

The Minister stated that this convention is being organized with an objective to provide benefits of several welfare schemes to the maximum number of eligible beneficiaries. He further informed that the Chief Minister Chouhan will present benefit certificates as a symbol to 5 new beneficiaries of each welfare schemes on the occasion. Musical presentation by the famous Play back Singer Alka Yagnik will be presented and 8 groups of folk artists will also perform during the convention.
