Bhopal: The two-day State level Yuva Utsav organized in the state capital concluded on Tuesday. Minister for Sports and Youth Welfare Yashodhara Raje Scindia, the Chief Guest of the programme honored artists who have bagged first, second and third positions in various arts at the auditorium of Administration Academy. Secretary Sports Sachin Sinha, Director Sports and Youth Welfare Upendra Jain, Departmental Officers and Artists came from 7 divisions of the state and their families were present on the occasion. Addressing the concluding programme, Scindia said that Yuva Utsav was organized with an objective to enrich rural talents in the field of arts and to provide them an opportunity to display their talents. She said that a decision has been taken to organize Yuva Utsav twice a year in place of once to provide opportunity to maximum artists.

It will be organized thrice a year, if it is required and every possible effort will be made to provide sufficient opportunities to the talented youths. While encouraging young artists for enriching their talents, Scindia stated that we should set target to secure maximum medals for Madhya Pradesh in Rashtriya Yuva Utsav. Director Sports and Youth Welfare Upendra Jain in his welcome address said that Yuva Utsav is being organised twice a year at the initiative and inspiration of the Sports Minister Scindia to provide ample opportunities to the talented youth of the state. He inspired participant artists to bag medals displaying their best in Rashtriya Yuva Utsav.
