Bhopal: Minister of State for Cooperatives (Independent Charge) Vishwas Sarang said that teams will be sent to Rajasthan and Puducherry regarding formation of building material bank and to make ration shops multipurpose. Implementation will take place in the state after their study report. He has told to implement recommendations of Sahkari Manthan within the stipulated time. Sarang was reviewing the activities of cooperative and societies here today. Principal Secretary Ajit Kesri and Commissioner Cooperatives Kavindra Kiyawat were present in the meeting.

Sarang further mentioned that work related to recommendations received during the two day manthan should be speeded up. This will help us strengthening cooperative movement in the state. He told the Awas Sangh officials to accelerate work to identify land for implementation of Prime Ministers Scheme House for All. Sarang directed to send the team immediately to study Rajasthan pattern to make ration shops multipurpose. Similarly, he told the officials to send a team to Puducherry to obtain information about building material bank established at Puducherry.

While expressing displeasure over the efforts taken by the Rajya Sahkari Sangh on skill development, Sarang said that sangh should register immediately for skill development in NSDC. He informed that presentation related to computerization of PACCS has been prepared. This will be presented before the chief minister soon. Reviewing the Rachna Nagar Project, Sarang directed the officials to complete the construction work of MPs and MLAs houses within stipulated time.
