Bhopal: Minister for Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Narottam Mishra dedicated multipurpose Commercial Krashak Seva Kendra built at a cost of Rs 1.29 crore at Jhansi Road near Datia. Services of cooperative societies can be availed by the farmers through this center. The farmers can now sell their agriculture produces like wheat etc. as per their convenience. The Minister said that the state government is committed for the welfare of poor and the farmers. Moreover, state government is ready to fulfill the needs of the farmers.

The multipurpose Krashak Seva Kendras are being made in every district keeping in view the difficulties faced by the farmers during wheat procurement. Wheat can be procured from the farmers in a convenient manner through these centers. Not only wheat procurement but distribution of seeds and pesticides etc. will be made from these centers. Administration building has been constructed and arrangements like rest house for the farmers, shed to store agriculture produces, toilets for men and women and high mast lights have been made in the campus. Minister for Public Relations Narottam Mishra besides conveying best wishes to the farmers also served food to the farmers after the programme.
