Bhopal: Citizens rights have been strengthened under the Public Services Guarantee Act in the state. As many as 164 services of 23 departments have brought under the purview of the Act. Under these, 110 services are being provided to the citizens online. In order to provide better services to the people of the state, 413 public services centers are functioning on PP model in all the blocks, tehsils and civil areas. The state government has also authorized M.P. Online kiosks to provide services under the Public Service Guarantee Act.

Moreover, digitally signed certificates are being provided online to the citizens. All the digitally signed certificates have been provided on one common repository website mpedistrict. Simplifying the government procedures, domicile and income certificates are being issued on the basis of self declaration letters. This is an important step of the state government in the field of public services. It may be mentioned that the campaign to provide caste certificates to the students was conducted in the state. Under this, 1.10 crore digitally signed coloured caste certificates have been provided to the students till date. An effective implementation of CM Helpline 181 under the Public Service Guarantee Act at ground level is being carried out.

An Integration process has been adopted to provide maximum services to the citizens conveniently and within time limit. As per the new policy all the services of MP Online kiosks and identified services of MP Online are being provided through Public Service Centers. Training has been imparted to the Public service managers and MP Online team regarding public service center, integration process of MP Online and new payment gateway.

In order to maintain services quality, district managers and coordinators of MP Online are being trained as master trainers. These master trainers will impart training on this project through RCBC centers to the operators of public service centers and MP Online Kiosks at district level at their respective district.
