Bhopal: In order to encourage cashless system in Cooperative Banks, Minister for Cooperative (Independent Charge) Vishwas Sarang has announced to abolish fee charged from the customers towards Bankers Cheque, DD, RTGS and NEFT Sarang said that cashless system is a big challenge for cooperative banks but not difficult. All the villagers and farmers are ready for this. He was inaugurating the one day workshop on cashless system in cooperative banks and primary agriculture credit cooperative societies. Sarang further mentioned that the country has obtained better results on many fronts after the demonetization decision of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

It has stopped black money, terrorism and naxalite activities and moreover the biggest achievement is devolvement of ten years is taking place in one year. He mentioned that difficulties emerged after big change. We have to move forward to solve problems. A major population of the state is linked to the cooperative banks and societies. Hence, to implement cashless system is a big challenge before us. If we change mentality and perception of the people, than it will be easy for us to establish cashless system. The farmers and villagers are fully prepared for this. Tradition of cashless system is being followed since Mohan Jodro, Chanakya, Mughals and Britishers Rule. Today we have to present this system before the people in new form and in new context.
