Bhopal: Revenue Officers will remain three days in a week in Revenue Courts. Online information will be made available for this. Regular review will be made by the Senior Officers. Minister for Revenue, Science and Technology Umashankar Gupta said this during the review of Revenue Department at Mantralaya on Wednesday. Gupta said that information regarding amendments in maps and renewal should be given to CLR every month. Make provision for Global Budget to provide financial assistances in the cases of natural calamities. Besides, a report on decisions taken by the Revenue Board during the last five years and boards utility should be provided within the time limit.

Revenue Minister Gupta gave directives to initiate action soon to make patwari cadre of state level. He further mentioned that an additional honorarium should be paid to the patwaris on giving them the charge of additional areas. Redress the grievances of patwaris immediately and their promotion channel should be improved. Gupta said that the honorarium of the kotwars should be revised besides appointing them. Also appoint Gram Patels. Furthermore, prepare a proposal to delegate powers to the concerned Commissioners to allot government land for government work except Bhopal and Indore divisions. Principal Secretary Revenue Arun Pandey and other officers were present in the meeting.
