Bhopal: For bringing new technology in the state and raising students as per industries’ requirements, De-Auto Engineering Private Limited and Govindram Seksariya Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS), Indore signed an MoU here on Friday. The MoU will play an important role in improving future of engineering students through product research design development. The MoU was signed in the presence of Higher and Technical Education Minister Umashankar Gupta by Director of SGSITS, Indore Rakesh Kumar Saxena and Director De-Auto Engineering Private Limited Vikas Pandey.
De-Auto Engineering Private Limited will transfer technology from foreign countries to SGSITS, Indore to bring significant improvement in students’ skills of experimental engineering, research, use of modern technological tools in product manufacturing and interviews. De-Auto Engineering Private Limited’s main function is product design, manufacturing, research, examination and consultation in various sectors like automotive, power, civil, consumer goods and agriculture in North America, Europe, India and other countries.
Minister Gupta said that due to use of new technology, working on projects in industries and produce goods themselves during technical education under guidance of experts will open doors of new and better employment, but will also help in setting up self-employment. De-Auto has singed MoUs with MANIT, MITS, Gwalior, SATI, Vidisha, RGPV, Bhopal, Skill Development Department and various ITI s for ‘Design for Manufacturing’. Gupta said that MoUs should also be singed with polytechnic colleges.
Under the MoU, students would be taught product designing in a way that their prototype or manufacturing can be used in real life. De-Auto has christened this concept as ‘Design for Manufacturing’. Director Technical Education Ashish Dongare was also present on the occasion.
