Bhopal: Governor of Haryana Prof Kaptan Singh Solanki said that works undertaken by the late Rajmata Vijayaraje Scinidia towards welfare of all the section of the society is exemplary. She dedicated her entire life for the society. He further mentioned that she was always the source of inspiration for all of us. Prof Solanki was addressing the Golden Jubilee programme of Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Government College at Bhander of district Datia.
He unveiled the statue of Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia on the occasion. He also laid foundation stone of development works worth Rs 5 crore. Minister for Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Dr Narottam Mishra and Minister in charge Smt. Maya Singh were present in the programme.
Governor Prof Solanki further mentioned that the dream cherished by the Rajmata Scindia in 20th century for the development of the state is taking shape in 21st century. She has undertaken several works for the welfare of all the section of the society. Works carried out by her in the field of education are unforgettable. This is the result of the works undertaken by her to promote girls education that is reflecting from the participation of women in every field. Moreover, it is the outcome of the works which she has carried out in the political field that several leaders have created their altogether different image in the field of social work by following her footsteps. Rajmata was not only representing one section of the society but the entire society. She has also carried out several remarkable works in tribal areas.
Minister for Public Relations Dr Narottam Mishra said that Late Rajmata Scindia has created many workers like me. She has dedicated her entire life as public representative for upliftment of the people. Dr Mishra said that the Governor Prof Kaptan Singh Solanki has reached Rajbhavan from Lokpath. We all are blessed with the opportunity to work under the guidance of late Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia. We all should be inspired to follow the path shown by her. This is the true tribute to her.
Minister in charge Maya Singh said that works carried out by late Rajmata Scindia is inspirational for new generation. Moreover, works undertaken by her in the interest of society and the country especially in education field is commendable. We all should take inspiration from her life to work for societys welfare.
