Bhopal: Principal Secretary Urban Development and Housing Sanjay Dubey, while reviewing the works of urban bodies through video conferencing, has instructed to promote the use of e-Nagar Palika portal. He said that citizens should be inspired to pay all taxes of Municipal Corporation online through social media, Facebook, Twitter, pamphlets and advertisement.

The Principal Secretary directed to resolve public grievances within the time limit. All bodies should ensure recovery as per estimated demand. Cent percent entry of the demand and recovery should be done on the e-Nagar Palika portal in the urban body. Municipal bodies, which have completed the survey of property, their GIS data should be uploaded on the e-Nagar Palika portal.

Taking the Swachh Sarvekshan-2020 into account, Dubey instructed to complete the construction of the personal toilets within the time limit. He said that a team will be sent from the state level for field evaluation. He instructed each urban body to take effective action for door-to-door collection of garbage, separation of dry and wet waste and make the city dustbin-free.

He said that the urban body should retain the position in which it is in the Swachh Sarvekshan-2019 and must not go down. He said that the construction of all houses approved under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme must be completed within stipulated time.

Principal Secretary Dubey said that all complaints pending in the CM Helpline must be resolved till Level-3. He said that the grievances should be resolved in such a manner that the applicant is fully satisfied. The Principal Secretary instructed to implement the Jal Shakti project according to the prescribed guideline. He said that the work of rain water harvesting, roof water harvesting and plantation should be done on a large scale. Commissioner Urban Administration and Development P Narhari was also present on the occasion. Additional Commissioner Swantantra Singh and other officers were present.
