Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Assembly has decided to serve notice to the State government officials, as they are not taking the assembly session seriously. While talking to media persons, State assembly Speaker NP Prajapati told that it has come to his notice that heads of different departments- Additional Chief Secretaries and Principal Secretaries, instead of taking the House seriously go on foreign visits. This cannot be tolerated, he said, adding that soon a notice would be served to the officials.

After the new government has come to power and new Speaker has assumed office, he is trying to make new experiments in the system. He told that breach of privilege of the House members would not be tolerated at any cost. If any complaint is received from any member that government officials are overlooking them, those officials would not be spared, he warned.

Since, it was the first day of the Budget Session of Madhya Pradesh assembly, the media persons faced problems with the new arrangements made inside the assembly premises for coverage and bytes of the MLAs and ministers. An Area at one side of the central hall was covered with demarcation ribbon and throughout the periphery, at least 15 security personnel were deployed only to check that the cameramen donot come out from the demarcated place.

Later, while talking to media persons, he made them agree with the new arrangement. Under this, electronic media including cameramen has been restricted to the area where Rajya Sabha elections take place, which is far away from the central hall.
