Bhopal: Decision has been taken to free payment from discretionary fund from the e-payment procedure. Keeping in account the problem faced in e-payment to the beneficiaries from the discretionary fund of MLAs and Ministers, decision has been taken to make payment free from e-payment process by the revenue department. Information about this was given to the Minister of State Lal Singh Arya during the departmental review. Instructions to this regard were given by Arya after this matter was brought to the attention of Arya in the last review meeting. Order in this regard was issued in compliance to the directives of Lal Singh Arya. Honour and awards given by the general administration department were also reviewed in the meeting. Also discussions on shifting of departments to the new building and other facilities took place in the meeting.

Minister of State Arya said that attention should be paid towards the quality of new solar energy plant being installed in the new annexe building. It is informed that the work related to parking place near Vindhyachal Bhavan will be completed within a month time. Arya said that action should be initiated for inviting applications for honour and awards in joint form for advertisement publication.

Recommendations from district collectors and minister incharge should be obtained for district level awards. Video conferencing and correspondence facility should be utilized in this regard. He directed the officials to review the current position of Maharana Pratap Shourya Rajya award, State level Veertapurna Karya award, Indira Gandhi Sampradayik Updrav Roktham award, Bhaiyya Mishrilal Gangwal Sadbhavna award, Mukhyamantri Utkrishta award, Sushil Chandra award, Swargiya Devi Prasad Sharma award, Madhya Pradesh Gaurav Alankaran Samman besides Kabir, Shankaracharya , Guru Nanak, Gautam Budhdha and Rahim Rajya Samman.

Solution as regard to improvement in sitting arrangements in the present building, multi level, car parking arrangements, expansion of archives and improvement in efforts to save documents from damage and progress as regard to inclusion of documents in archives were reviewed in the meeting.

Principal Secretary Urban Development Malay Shrivastava, Principal Secretary GAD MK Varshney, Additional Secretary KK Katiya, Deputy Secretary Amitabh Awasthi, Ashish Saxena, Sanjay Singh and other officers were present in the meeting.
