Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the children of village Rapura of Dindori district have performed excellently through Nukkad Natak and Songs. Moreover, songs and dances presented by children leave us spellbound. Chouhan mentioned that the children have presented excellent nukkad natak and songs based on Namami Devi Narmade Seva yatra, de-addiction and Beti Bachao Campaign. Their curiosity shows that conservation of Narmada River is must for future. Chouhan was addressing the Jan-Sanvad programme organized on the occasion of Namami Devi Narmade Seva yatra at village Reipura on Friday night.

Chouhan told officials to reward children with Rs 5 thousand for their presentation focusing Beti Bachao campaign during the Jan-Sanvad programme. Similarly, Kamna Uikey and Kaldhya Yadav were rewarded for song presentation on Namami Devi Narmade seva yatra with Rs one thousand and nukkad natak focusing de-addiction was rewarded an amount of Rs 5 thousand.

Chouhan said that all the Public Representatives, Sadhu-Sants, Youths, Women, Men, Social organisations and Officers-Employees are instrumental for success of Namami Devi Narmade Seva Yatra. He said that the yatra is getting support from all the parties and this campaign has taken the form of public movement now. Shri Chouhan further mentioned that our efforts and pledge will increase Narmada water flow shortly and release of sewage water into Narmada will be stopped. He said that do not dispose off poojan material and dead bodies in Narmada. This leads to pollution. Moreover, havan kunds, mukti dhams and changing rooms will be constructed on the banks of River Narmada. He also apprised people about plantation, de-addiction, education and sanitation on the occasion.

Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Faggan Singh Kulaste, States Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Omprakash Dhurve, MLA Omkar Markam and President Jila Panchayat Jyotiprakash Dhurve, Public Representatives and villagers in large number were present on the occasion.
