Bhopal: Health Department Sheopur has informed that deaths in Golipura village of Vijaypur Block headquarter have occurred due to various reasons and a medical team in the leadership of BMO Dr Pradeep Kumar has been deployed in the village after receiving the information about vomiting and dysentery. Further, 6 patients have been admitted in Vijaypur hospital after examining the villagers. Directives as regard to suspension of health worker of the village Smt. Sharma has been issued for not giving the information on time. Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr RP Saral has informed that 16 persons of village Golipura have lost lives from May 2016 till today due to various reasons.

As per the report, Sunti Bai Traibal age 80 years (Date of Death 07.05. 2016), Fisli age 75 years (Date of Death 21.05. 2016), Bejo age 70 years (Date of Death 04.07. 2016), Sumitra age 70 years (Date of Death 19.07. 2016), PG l age 75 years (Date of Death 25.07. 2016) were died of normal and because of old age. Further, it is informed that two premature babies, Gudiya D/O Suraj (Date of Death 10.06.2016) and Gudiya D/O Kalicharan (Date of Death 02.08.2016) were died because of premature deliveries and low weight at the time of birth. Further death of Amar S/O Ramvaran was occurred due to snake bite on 17.07. 2016. Similarly, Gudiya D/O Suresh, Gudiya D/O Lalji, Suraj S/O Vinod, Devendra S/O Keshav, Manju S/O Ramnath, Amar S/O Brahma, Gudiya D/O Ramdas, Ramsanehi S/O Gaja died of pneumonia, paralysis and low weight.

Chief Medical and Health Officer further informed that few people were admitted in the Vijaypur hospital because of vomiting and dysentery problems during the rains. Treatment is being given to Somvati age 20 years, Rakhi age 15 days, Arina age 10 months, Chanda age 3 years, Kajal age 5 years and Kareena age 2 years by the doctors at the village camp.

Collector PL Solanki and Police Superintendent SK Pandey visited the Vijaypur hospital on Friday to meet the admitted patients and inspected the treatment being given to them. Directives were given by the Collector to the Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr Saral to deploy medical team in the village.
