Bhopal: The State government has decided to establish four new government colleges. These colleges will be established in Chinor of Gwalior district, Umaria Paan in Katni district, Keswahi in Shahdol district and Rajnagar of Anuppur district. Government College Chinor will have subjects like Hindi, English, Political Science, History, Sociology and economics in Graduate Art faculty. Graduate Science faculty will have Physics, Chemistry, Math, Botany and zoology subjects. Commerce faculty will also be established in the proposed college. A Total of 33 posts including 17 academic and 16 non academic posts have been approved for the college. This include one post of Principal, 14 posts of Assistant Lecturers, sports officer, librarian, head clerk, accountant and one post each of assistant category -2. Posts to be filled through outsourcing includes one post of assistant grade-3, 4 posts each of Lab Technician, Lab attendant, one post each of book lifter, peon and guard.
Similarly, Government College Umaria Paan will have subjects like Hindi, English, Political science, history, Sociology and economics in Art graduate faculty. Graduate Science faculty will have subjects like physics, Chemistry, Math, Botany and Zoology. A total of 30 posts have been sanctioned including 14 academic and 16 non academic. These posts include Principal, 11 assistant lecturers, one each for sports officer, librarian, head clerk, accountant and one each of assistant grade-2. Posts to be filled through outsourcing include one each of assistant grade-3, 4 each of Lab Technician and of Lab Attendant. Whereas one post each of book lifter, peon, guard and sweeper have been sanctioned for the college.
Moreover, in Government College Keswahi subjects like Hindi, English, Political science, history, Sociology and economics are included in Art graduate faculty. A total of 17 posts have been sanctioned including 9 academic and 8 academic posts. This includes one Principal, 6 assistant lecturers, sports officer, librarian, head clerk, accountant and one post each of assistant grade-2. Posts to be filled through outsourcing include assistant grade-3, book lifter, peon, guard and sweeper.
In Government College Rajnagar subjects like Hindi, English, Political Science, History, Sociology and Economics are included in art graduate faculty. A total of 17 posts have been sanctioned including 9 academic and 8 nonacademic posts. This includes one Principal, six assistant lecturers, sports officer, librarian, head clerk and one post each of accountant and assistant grade-2. The posts to be filled by outsourcing include one post each of assistant grade-3, book lifter, peon, guard and sweeper.
The state government has included a new subject at post graduate level in two existing government colleges. These two colleges include Government College Jaitpur, district Shahdol and government college Jaisingh Nagar, district Shahdol.
Geography subject has been included in Post graduate Art faculty and Chemistry subject has been included in Post graduate Science faculty in Jaitpur College. Two posts of assistant lecturers are being created by the government.
