Bhopal: Addressing a gathering at a programme organized in NRI Group of Institutions Science and Technology Minister PC Sharma here on Friday said that all courses in educational institutions must be employment-oriented. At the outset, he paid homage to all the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Pulwama attack. Inaugurating the two-day Novijo-2019 conference at NRI College, Minister Sharma said that there are many challenges before the researchers. Today, the need is also to make sure that we can prepare bulletproof vehicles at minimum cost to provide maximum protection to Army men in terrorist-affected areas. Technical arrangements must also be considered seriously in the conference for the safety of Army personnel in the inaccessible and terrorist-affected areas. Discussion on measure of energy conservation is also must.

Sharma invited the College management to join hands with the government to work for the betterment of the youth and their future so that maximum number of students can be provided employment. Sharma wished all the students present in the conference a bright future and said that wherever they work it will be for the better. Retired Major General Shyam Shrivastava, Ishwar Singh Chouhan, Rajesh Rai, RS Gautam and office-bearers of various institutions of NRI Group were present in the conference.
