Bhopal: Control rooms will be set up at district level for redressing complaints received from farmers under Jai Kisan Crop Loan Waiver Scheme. The state government will carry out all necessary investigation for redressing complaints. Directions in this regard have been issued to district collectors. During his stay abroad, Chief Minister Kamal Nath, took the farmers' complaints and the large number of objections registered on the lists displayed.

The Chief Minister has issued instructions that complaints should be investigated by forming control rooms in districts. He said that a panel comprising the District Collector officers of Revenue/ Agriculture/ Cooperative departments and other departments should be made. Commissioner, Cooperatives, should also be informed about the telephone numbers of the control room. The complainant should also be informed about the investigation of the complaints received in the control room after it is registered in the prescribed format and facts cleared within two days.

 According to Chief Minister’s instructions, all necessary actions will be taken by district collectors. Information regarding action on complaints received will be sent to the office of the Commissioner, Cooperatives. E-mail id of the commissioner office is  res.mp.bhopal@mp.gov.in.

Information about the action in the districts will be sent on this e-mail. The Commissioner, Cooperatives will sent a cumulative report daily to the Principal Secretary, Farmer -Welfare and Agriculture Development and Principal Secretary, Cooperatives Department.

Minister for Cooperatives Govind Singh has also instructed to take stern action against guilty persons in connection with the misuse of cooperative institutions in the previous government. It may be noted that the farmers have complained that the loan amount given to them has been wrongly published. In some complaints, farmers informed that they did not taken any loan. Such complaints have been received from Gwalior, Jhabua, Khargone, Sagar, Chhatarpur, Jabalpur, Seoni, Sidhi and Satna.

Principal Secretary, Cooperatives, Ajit Kesri today issued instructions in the departmental officers’ meeting that all works should be carried out by developing separate portal for redressing complaints received from farmers within one or two days.
