Ujjain: Concrete arrangements have been made to deal with fire incidents during Simhastha beginning from April 22 at Ujjain. Temporary fire stations have been set up at 16 points in Mela area. Fire brigade engines will remain present at 24 points. Main permanent fire station at Koyla Phatak will for entire Mela area would also function 24X7. Immediate action will be ensured on receiving information about fire incident. Citizens have been urged to give information on phone number 0734-2525253 or 191 immediately about fire incident.
Fire stations have been set up at Mata Sadu Ki Baori, Khak Chowk Ankpat, Veer Savarkar Bhairogarh Chouraha, Kartik Mela ground, Mullapura, Ujadkheda, exhibition venue near helipad, Char Dham (Mahakal area), Prashanti Dham, Lalpur Dewas Road, Maksi Road Panwasa, Bus Stand Dewas Gate, Sadawal, Gaunsa ward number 12, Chakakmed Agar Road, new proposed satellite town under construction at Sanwrakhedi on Indore bypass road. Similarly, fire engines will also be deployed at Jantar-Mantar observatory, Nanakheda bus stand, Mojamkhedi, Sidhhwat, Ashram of Mahatma Atmadas Ram Nepali, Barfani Dada Ashram, Garh Kalika, Avdheshanandgiri Maharaj’s Ashram, Rinmukteshwar Mandir, Mohanpura, Murari Bapu Ashram, Kshetropasna near Bhukhi Mata Mandir, Asaram Bapu Ashram, Ranoji Ki Chhatri, Police Control Room, Maharajwada near Mahakal, Gopal Mandir, Vallabhacharya Nagar, Guru Karnika in Khumbh Mela area, new Bharat Gas godown on bypass road, Mangalnath, Triveni, Chintaman Ganesh Mandir, city bus depot and Madhav Nagar. These fire engines will be kept in readiness and rush to spot soon after getting information about a fire incident.
