Bhopal: On the occasion of International Day of Yoga, the Chief Minister Kamal Nath has urged people of the state especially youth to adopt Yoga. He mentioned that Yoga gives us an inspiration to follow justice and religion. Values like pity, compassion, friendship and peace become strong. This condition is essential for every human, whether he/she belongs to any religion, caste and community or resides in any part of the world.

Besides, Nath said that Yoga is not a task of one day. It must be included in daily routine. He further asserted that yoga is a part of every religion. Referring to the Upnishad, he said that Yoga has been called as skill for keeping control on nerves. Yoga has been mentioned as relief from pain in Shrimad Bhagwad Gita. Yoga has been described as skill to control divergence of senses in Yoga Sutra by Maharishi Patanjali. Maharishi Arvind has even said that the entire human life is Yoga because human is a combination of many things.

The Chief Minister stated that Yoga brings peace and positive energy arouses in a peaceful heart. This energy is in the interest and welfare of all. He mentioned that a person with cool state of mind can never takes wrong decision.
