Bhopal: Chief Minister Kamal Nath has said that the State’s budget-2019-20 presented today reflects the pathways to the prosperity of Madhya Pradesh despite having emptied exchequer. Giving his reaction on the budget, Nath said that the interests of the farmers, youth, vulnerable classes, tribes, minority community and the middle class have been taken care of. The budget in fact is a map of the real development of the state in the coming five years.

The Chief Minister said that in spite of the emptied exchequer in the last six months, well-thought out steps have been taken for faster development of the state. In order to fulfill the promises made to the public, the budget shows commitment. There have been well-contemplated provisions for urban areas with rural development. In order to provide jobs to the youth with industrialization, new schemes have been designed. Arrangements have been made to meet basic needs like drinking water, education, health. The Chief Minister said that the budget clearly mirrors the picture of a strong and prosperous Madhya Pradesh.
