Bhopal: The State government has decided to merge the Adhyapak cadre in the School Education Department. Now the teachers working under the previous rules will be considered appointed in the relevant posts of the School Education Department from July 2018. The provisions of Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965 and Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966 will be effective on the teachers appointed under the provisions of the Recruitment Rules 2018. The School Education Department has issued orders to this effect.
Now, the Adhyapak cadre in the state will be considered applicable from the Conditions and Recruitment Rule-2018 of Madhya Pradesh State School Education Services (Academic Cadre) dated July 1, 2018. After the appointment of Adhyapak cadre in the School Education Department, they will obtain salary- perks and facilities at par with government servants. Adhyapaks will be paid their salary in the seventh pay scale on the basis of the salary being received in the sixth pay scale as on July 1, 2018.
Adhyapaks will get dearness allowance payable to the government servants from time to time by the government on fixed pay. All teachers will also be given the arrear amount of seventh pay scale till date of appointment under July 2018. Now the employee database, pay data base and post data base of all the teachers will be converged on the Central Server of the Directorate of Treasuries and Accounts. Thus, withdrawal and deductions of salary allowances and other assets of all teachers will be done through the concerned treasury.
